Ask a question
What types of restaurants do you work with?

Foodsmaps works with places where people come to eat or drink: restaurants, brasseries, bistros, cafés and bars, in Brussels and across Belgium. Every venue has its own identity, so the content is designed around your cuisine, your dining room and your clientele. If in doubt, let's talk.

Do you come directly to our venue?

Yes. Foodsmaps shoots the photos and videos directly on site, at your venue, in Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium. The session takes place at a mutually agreed time, so as not to disrupt your service; the images are then selected and retouched before delivery.

Can we use the photos on our website and social media?

Yes. The photos and videos created by Foodsmaps are designed to be used on your Google profile, your website and your social media, such as Instagram or TikTok. The precise terms of use are set out in the proposal you receive.

Can you also manage our Google profile?

Yes, depending on the agreed assignment, Foodsmaps can manage your Google Business Profile: optimisation, photo uploads, information updates and recommendations. You remain the owner of your Google profile. Foodsmaps is an independent provider and is not affiliated with Google.

What is Google Business Profile?

Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is Google's free tool that lets a business manage its profile: the listing that appears in Google Search and on Google Maps, with opening hours, photos and reviews. It is often the first glimpse a customer gets of a restaurant.

What does optimising a restaurant's Google profile involve?

Depending on the agreed assignment, Foodsmaps checks and completes your profile (opening hours, menu, practical details), adds recent photos and gives you recommendations to keep it up to date. The aim: a clear, complete profile that helps customers find you, with no promise of ranking.

How does a photo shoot work?

Before the shoot, we work with you to prepare a list of the dishes, spaces and moments to capture. On the agreed day, Foodsmaps comes to your venue with its equipment, then selects and retouches the images before delivering them to you.

How do we get a proposal tailored to our restaurant?

Fill in the contact form, describing your venue and what you would like to improve. Foodsmaps will get back to you to discuss it and put together a tailored proposal with you. The website does not publish prices: each proposal is drawn up after this first conversation.
